Transform words into images without compromising the other art form. Poetry complements photography and photography illustrates poetry.

The exhibition can be outlined into two formal coherent series: The first series shows clos-ups of objects without which the poem could not be: words are put onto paper with a typewriter. Barley is used to make Whisky and how could the magicians apprentice show off without his broom? The second series also takes up certain elements of the poems but the have another common element: Light and shelter in the wider sense. Not only mice seek shelter and comfort in the light of faith and religion. The boy in the moor is relieved to see the promising light of the house and seamen are safely guided through storms and dangerous cliffs by lighthouses.
